SANDVIK UH440i, 45 tonn.

Massiv conecrusher, this machine has been crushing 1.754.000 ton in 4700 hours, that is in average 373 ton/hours. BEAT THAT!!

After that, the machine needed a good look over, and is now back in duty.

This CX700 (80 ton), has since mid 2008 done over 13000 hours!

Except for regular service, the machine has been very close to trouble free.

We recently changed injectors and high pressure fuel pump, and who knows it might just do another.

This S190 (36 ton), is getting remeshed, serviced
and adjusted, ready for test-drive.

The Mc Closkey S190 is a 3 deck fine screen.

It will be producing the following fractions:

0-8, 8-16, 16-32 and 32+, in combination with a Sandvik 4800i crawlmaster.

HYDRAULIC. We fit and modify all hydraulic systems.

This ZX520 is getting rigged up, to work with hammer.

We also fit cab protection and cylinder protection.

The machine belongs to Lona Transport AS, and will working double shifts for Halsvik Aggregates in Sløvåg.

OVERHAUL. The Scania DS9 is getting repacked,
the ZF200WG transmission is getting overhauled.

The center is getting welded and lined. Boggicases and brakes is getting done.

The machine will serve its owner for a good few years more.

RAMMER G90 hammer, full overhaul.

New bushings, sidebolts, sealkit, diaphragm and finally charged with nitrogen, before test.

We have hydraulic power tools for torques up to 14000Nm, and other special tools necessary.

We are overhauling all kinds of breakers.
